Lisa Goodwin-Allen: Braemar Literary Festival Gala Dinner

We’re delighted to welcome award-winning chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen to open the Braemar Literary Festival 2025 with a special gala dinner on Friday 26th September.

Held in The Clunie Dining Room, the evening begins with champagne and canapés at 6:30pm, followed by a bespoke three-course menu curated by Lisa and paired with wines selected by our Fife Arms sommelier team.

Lisa, Chef Patron/Director at Northcote and Culinary Director at The Beaumont Mayfair, is known for her bold, seasonal cooking and innovative flair. The evening will also feature a reading from Scotland’s Makar, Peter Mackay.
