Lisa Goodwin-Allen: Braemar Literary Festival Gala Dinner

We’re delighted to welcome award-winning chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen to open the Braemar Literary Festival 2025 with a special gala dinner on Friday 26th September.

Held in The Clunie Dining Room, the evening begins with champagne and canapés at 6:30pm, followed by a bespoke three-course menu curated by Lisa and paired with wines selected by our Fife Arms sommelier team.

Lisa, Executive Chef at Northcote and Culinary Director at The Beaumont Mayfair, is known for her bold, seasonal cooking and innovative flair. The evening will also feature a reading from Scotland’s Makar, Peter Mackay.
